At Orchid Wax Studio, we’re committed to creating the best atmosphere and delivering top-tier service every single time. To keep every appointment seamless and stress-free, we’ve established a few policies that help everything run as smoothly as your wax.

Cancellation, lateness, and No Show Policy

When making your first appointment, we do require a 50% deposit. After your first appointment, we not require a deposit.

Less than 24 hour notice for cancellations will result in a forfeiting your deposit or a 50% fee.

No shows will result in forfeiting your deposit, or a 50% fee. If the card on file can not be charged, you will be booked from online booking an invoice will be sent. The invoice MUST be paid before rebooking with us.

We have a strict 10 minute late policy. If you are not inside and ready to be serviced by the 10 minute mark, fees may apply and you will be asked to reschedule.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact your wax specialist ASAP to avoid any fees.

Consent and refund policy

The consent form will be found in your email and must be filled out for each appointment. You must be 18 years old to be serviced as we do ID all new clients.

Only the person being waxed MUST book their own appointment.

We do not offer refunds on services provided or purchased product. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 5 days so we can offer a touchup if needed.
